- “I am attracted to […]”. The grammar in this sentence is correct.
- You have used “[…], but not who is bright and looks happy.” The use of “but not” means that you are NOT attracted to anyone who is bright and looks happy. Here is an example below to illustrate this:
a) I like rice, but not rice pudding = I like rice. I do not like rice pudding.
Therefore, I wondered if you really mean that you prefer women who are not bright and not happy? If this is the case, it would be more natural to use the plural form “women”.
- The word order of “not who”, would need to be changed to “who is not”.
