問題文 彼女は何か月近くも病気で寝込んでいたので、足が弱り、2、3歩あるくのがやっとです。
・何か月も：for months
・病気で寝込む：lie in bed due to illness ※lieの活用変化: lie-lay-lain, lying
・～が弱る：become weak
・2、3歩あるくのがやっと：（「まだ2、３歩歩けるのみ」と解釈）only walk a few steps
僕の英作文
As she has been lain in bed due to illness for months, so her legs gets weak and she still can walk only a few steps.
ネイティブからのアドバイス
Your first sentence is good, however, I have made a few changes.
1) Instead of “as she has been lain” we say “as she has been lying.”
2) A more natural word order is “for months due to illness….”
3) we say “her legs have become weak” instead of “get weak.”
