This is a typical second conditional sentence using “would in the fist part of the sentence followed by the past tense in the second part of the sentence. It expresses something hypothetical.
1) We don’t use “normal” in this type of sentence.
2) You need to say “in hospital” not “to hospital” at the end.
“It would be nice of you to come to see me in hospital” is a very good way to write this sentence and it is correct.
“Normal” is not the word we would typically use, what you wrote is grammatically correct but we don’t really say it like that.
“It would be nice…” is the best way to say this.
Perhaps you wanted to use the word “expect” instead of “normal.” You can say “I expect you to come and visit me in hospital.” This is grammatically correct but it is very strong and we wouldn’t use it. It sounds like a command and is therefore very bossy.
