In this sentence, we understand that ‘she’ has known this ‘reliable man’ for perhaps a few months and perhaps there is recent evidence to prove that he is reliable.
b) She must be happy to find a reliable man like you.
Here, we understand that ‘she’ has just met the man. The period of time of knowing him is shorter. ‘He is reliable’ is a fact. Perhaps the speaker knows him to be reliable….or perhaps is is just a rumour.
