問題文ビール瓶の1本を開けて最初のグラスに注ぐと、ハエが1匹入っていた。

・ビール瓶の1本： one of the bottles of beer
　→ one of … の one は、ある特定の複数ある物の「1つ」にあたるため、of の後には定冠詞を伴う名詞が来る。

・～を注ぐ：pour

When I opened a bottle of beer and poured it into the first glass, I found a fly contained in it.

You don’t need “contained.” It sounds too formal and it’s also unnecessary. You can simply say “I found a fly in it.”
