・We don’t say “ready that…”. Instead, you can write “ready for you to take me…”. You can also split the sentence into two: “I am ready. You can take me anywhere you want to.”

・They express two different things. “I am ready” here suggests the speaker’s state of mind, while “you can…” shows what the listener is permitted to do.
