ネイティブからのアドバイス

– A person cannot see someone “tired”. To be correct, you need to describe the person that they are looking at as something. So, in this case, you need to describe the person (yourself) as “saw that I was tired”.

– “in the strong sunshine” would probably be okay. However, a more common way of phrasing this sort of thing would be to say “in the hot sun” – that provides the nuance that you seem to be looking for.

– You need to connect the action of the person seeing you walking in the sun with the action of offering you a lift. To do so, you need to include the conjunction “and” near the end.

– The ending is not grammatically correct. First, you haven’t mentioned a destination, so “take me” doesn’t make sense. Also, the article “the” in “the car” is not needed.
However, the ending is unnatural anyway. The correct expression is “offered to give me a lift”, which means to take someone to their destination as a favour.
