This is also a well written and clear sentence. I’ve made five changes to make it a little more natural:

would be better to —> should
You didn’t make a mistake here, but I think that it sounds a little more natural to use “should” here as, if you are giving advice, the meaning of it is a little stronger than “would be better to” (this has quite a ‘soft’ meaning if you are giving advice).
take a rest with temporary sleep —> have a nap
I’m not 100% sure what you mean by “temporary sleep” here (this is an unusual phrase), but we often say “have a nap” (this is a commonly used expression), which means ‘have a short sleep’.
can’t —> won’t be able to
We are talking about a future situation here (because we are talking about “at least 24 hours” into the future from when this is being said), so we need to write it in the future tense. There is no future tense form of “can” or “can’t”, so we need to write it as “will not (won’t) be able to”.
24hours —> 24 hours
This is just a small point, but we need to put a space between “24” and “hours”.
I have removed “from now” as it sounds a little strange to have it here. In this sentence, you are saying to a person that they should have a nap because they won’t be able to sleep for “at least 24 hours”.
