We do not say “all the night”. I recommend saying “all night” instead in order to sound more natural.
You could also use “that” and phrase this as:
“What kind of worries did you have that made you unable to sleep all night?”
That vs. Which:
“That” is the defining determiner. It is used for essential clauses that identify the subject; “which” is the non-defining determiner. It is used for nonessential clauses that add extra information.
For example:
“The bike that is in the garage is broken.” (Tells which one)
“The bike, which is broken, is in the garage.” (Adds a fact about the only bike in question)
You could also write:
“…which kept you awake all night?”
“…that kept you awake all night?”
This would not change the meaning of your sentence.
“Keep” means ‘to stay in a particular condition or position, or to make somebody or something else do this; to continue to do something or to do something repeatedly’.
For example:
“The noisy dogs kept me awake all night.”
“all the night”はダメ!
